Jergens 5-Axis Risers raise, position, and locate the part off the machine or rotary table so that the part is accessible for machining on all five sides.
Specifications:

- Finish: Black Oxide or Anodized
- Thickness Tolerance: ±0.002" (0.05mm)
- Flat and parallel within 0.0005"/ft. (0.013mm)
- Mounts directly to our QLS grids and tables using Fixture-Pro® Locating Keys and LHCS
- Mounts to our Fixture-Pro® subplates with center bore, timing pin, and LHCS or QLS shoulder screws
