The GBDX1900180BC FLEX-HONE® tool for surface finishing and deburring is designed for nominal bore sizes between 18.001" and 19.000". This tool features 12.00" of abrasive globules which are composed of 180 grit Boron Carbide (BC) and are excellent for Medium to high carbon steels and heat-treated steels to 50 Rc. It is also useful in titanium. Constructed using a steel drum with replaceable honing sections.
