POLICAP® abrasive caps in cylindrical shape, shape A. POLICAP® products have a seamless design and the entire surface area can be used. For universal use on steel workpieces (hardened, heat-treated, non-hardened). Specifically developed for special applications, e.g. in tool and die-making and repair. Also works on plastics, wood and fillers in model crafting. Color code for grit size 280 = red brown

Recommendations for use:

To easily change the abrasive caps and cones, give them a slight clockwise twist and pull them up and off. When doing so, leave the abrasive holder clamped in the power tool, and fix in place.

Recommendations for use 1:

For best performance, use at a recommended peripheral speed of 2,000-4,000 SFPM.
